Return and Refund, and Exchange Policy
This policy applies to all online orders for Agric-Care Uganda Limited customers
Agric-Care Uganda is totally committed to customer satisfaction. Please visit our Online Returns Center to process your return or call +256-393-249713, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EAT.
For orders on the delivered status, you can create and send us your return request within 24hours from your account.
If you cancel your order online, you will receive a refund in your Agric-Care wallet within 24hours. If you reject the delivery of the order, your refund will be processed as soon as the order is updated to the delivery failed within 48 hours
If your order has been shipped, do not worry, once you are contacted by our delivery agent, kindly reject the delivery of the shipped order.
IMPORTANT NOTICE CONCERNING RETURN AND REFUNDS: As soon as you return your item to us and it's received into our system, we will expeditiously send a refund request to your bank or mobile money. Please note that while the funds are instantly deducted from our account, some banks may take 5-7 business days to process and post these refunds to your account. We do not refund shipping or freight charges on any orders or returns.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY:
Most products sold by Agric-Care Uganda qualify for free exchange or replacement within 30 days from the date your order ships The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. If we do not receive your return in its original condition, for exchange or replacement, the product will be returned to you at no charge. Returns other than for exchange or replacement will be assessed at no fee. We do not refund any freight or shipping charges. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products after 30 days from the date your order ships. We will be happy to walk you through the return process.
Return requirements:• Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)
• The reason for the return must be in accordance with the terms of acceptance of returns (please see terms in the table below)
• Original packaging – the manufacturer packaging
• Any free promotional items – gifts or accessories delivered with the purchased item
• Valid return reason – please refer to the section below for the details
Please log into your account and create a return online by clicking Return Order Center, create an online return detailing the reasons for return or contact customer service within 24 hours if you received a damaged / incomplete product. In this case the product should be returned including the attached free gifts else the return process will be rejected. We will check the product to be returned. If it is found that there are no damages resulting from misuse, the value of the product will be refunded in the manner suitable for you. Refund will be made within a maximum period of 30 days after the competent team receives the returned product. If during the inspection process it is found that the product to be returned is free of the reason stated in your request, the value will not be refunded and the product will be returned to you.

AGRIBUSINESS SOFTWARES, DOCUMENTS AND AUDIOVISUALS:
Softwares, Documents and Audiovisuals are non-returnable, non-refundable, and do not qualify for exchanges. Customers of this category of product are advised to have UpToDate computer antivirus to avoid software, document damages or getting corrupted. PROCESSED FOOD PRODUCTS and FOODSTUFFS):
We do not accept returns or exchanges for food, foodstuffs. All processed food products, foodstuffs purchases are final. Please review the product specification and attributes carefully for accuracy before submitting your order
We need the original packaging to be intact. Returned items in unmarked or damaged boxes may be refused by the post office or our warehouse. To avoid this, place your return item in a box or wrap it to ensure its safety during the shipping process. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Our company fully stands behind all our products. We will take care of any problems with merchandise that does not work as intended and work tirelessly until you are 100% satisfied. If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. Handling this type of return will differ. Call or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before trying to return defective merchandise. Manufacturer defects found after 30 days of your order date are directed to the manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer will typically handle any problems for you directly.
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in route. If a shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call our customer service line immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork. If you attempt to return the merchandise without speaking to one of our customer service representatives, you will jeopardize your chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
UNDELIVERABLE AND REFUSED PACKAGES
If a delivery is refused for any reason or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges. Please proofread your order information before finalizing.
PRODUCT NOT VALIDATED FOR REFUND
If your return is invalid then we will call you to explain the issue and send the item(s) back to you. We will arrange the delivery of the item. "Note that we will make two (2) attempts to return the product to you at no cost. However, after two (2) failed attempts, we will cancel the return process and store the product at our warehouse for up to seven (7) days awaiting your collection. If you do not collect the product within these seven (7) days it will be deemed as forfeited and we will dispose off in accordance with the Ugandan law"
MISSING ITEM IN MY PACKAGE:
We will only be liable if the missing item is reported on the spot. Please ensure to countercheck during pickup/delivery to confirm if all the mentioned items (What's in the box) have been delivered.
EXCHANGE OF PRODUCT IF IT IS EITHER SOLD OUT OR NOT AVAILABLE
You will have to return your product, within the 30 working days for all products and place a new order when it becomes available again. For any inquiries contact us.
