Proofly is developed and operated by Agric-Care Uganda Limited ("Agric-Care", "we", "us", or "our"), an agribusiness company incorporated in Kampala, Uganda. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Proofly mobile application ("the App").

2. Information We Collect

To provide the App's features, we collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile details such as your name and email address, used to authenticate your account and connect to your Google Drive.
• Document content: Images and files you scan or upload (receipts, warranties, medical documents, academic documents, etc.) are processed on your device and stored directly in your own Google Drive — not on Agric-Care's servers.
• Document metadata: Information you add to organize documents, such as category labels, document titles, and dates, so you can search and retrieve documents within the App.
• Device permissions: Camera access (to scan documents) and storage access (to save or attach files), requested only when needed for the relevant feature.
• Usage and diagnostic data: Basic technical data such as app version, device type, and crash logs, used to maintain and improve app stability.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

• Authenticate your account and connect securely to your Google Drive
• Enable scanning, organizing, searching, and retrieving your documents
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the App's performance and reliability
• Respond to support requests you send us

We do not sell your personal information or document content, and we do not use your document content for advertising purposes.

4. Google Drive Integration

Proofly uses Google's OAuth sign-in and Drive API to save your scanned documents directly to a Google Drive account you control. Proofly's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can review or revoke Proofly's access to your Google Drive at any time through your Google Account permissions page.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your document files reside in your own Google Drive, protected by your Google account's own security measures. Any metadata Proofly stores to power search and organization is protected using industry-standard security practices, including secure authentication. Because your files live in your own Drive, deleting the App or revoking its access does not automatically delete files already saved there — you can manage or delete those files directly within Google Drive.

6. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal information or document content with third parties, except:

• With Google, as necessary to provide Drive storage and sign-in functionality
• Where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Agric-Care, our users, or others

7. Your Choices and Rights

You can access, update, or delete documents stored in your Google Drive at any time. You may revoke Proofly's access to your Google account through your Google Account settings, and you may uninstall the App at any time. 8. Children's Privacy

Proofly is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
